Where we come from

Australia has, by most accounts, the most demanding coffee culture in the world. Cities like Melbourne and Sydney developed a coffee scene built on technical precision, quality sourcing, and a genuine expectation that every cup should be worth ordering. The flat white, the long black, the carefully calibrated single-origin espresso: these aren't trends in Australia. They're just how coffee is done.

Skippy Coffee was started by two Aussies who brought their love of great coffee all the way to Zürich. Around here, coffee can be pricey, but not always worth it. Too often, what you get just doesn't match what you pay. That's where Skippy comes in: we're here to close the gap and serve coffee that actually lives up to the hype.

We source only specialty-grade beans and craft our own blend to reflect the authentic Aussie flavour profile, balanced, smooth, and true to tradition. Every detail matters: our grinders are precisely calibrated, our machines held at optimal temperature, and our milk steamed to the ideal texture. We don't rush extraction, and we don't overheat milk. We simply make coffee the way it should be made, the true Aussie way.
